Jim Lakoduk

Pifer's is saddened to announce the passing of Jim Lakoduk. Jim was very successful in many business areas. He was born into a farm family in central North Dakota and owned and managed the family farm in addition to farm land in Minnesota. Much of his career, he was as the owner and operator of radio stations in Fargo and Bismarck, North Dakota and Duluth and Brainerd, Minnesota. During that time, he began investing in multi-family properties in the Fargo area and subsequently managed those properties. Pifer's was fortunate to have Jim be a part of the team since the very beginning. Pifer's will miss Jim's hard work, knowledge and outgoing personality!
