He shares how needs are in precision agriculture and in energy including diesel techs, UAV operators, wind and solar, robotics, AI, and Automation.  He also discusses how many former residents are returning home after being gone and starting families. 

Abbey is a Pifer’s Real Estate Agent at Pifer’s Auction Center of North America in Steele, ND. She discusses the need for rural properties and farmsteads and the best way to sell them. Abbey also talks about the increase in rural property sales from 2018 and how interest rates affect the housing market.
