Driving Directions:   

From the intersection of Hwy #83 and #200 at Washburn, ND:  Drive west on Hwy #200 approximately 6.5 miles and turn right on 11th St SW.  Go ½ mile west on 11th St SW and then turn and drive north on the trail for ½  mile to reach the southwest corner of Parcel 2.

There is a 6.88 acre parcel which allows access to Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 that will be provided to the new owner(s).  In the event of a different buyer for each parcel, an undivided one-half interest in the trail would be transferred to each buyer.
