Driving Directions: From intersection of Hwy #83 and 110th Ave NW, travel west 3 miles to 28th St NW, then 1 mile north, ½ west, and ¾ mile north to the southeast corner of Parcel Two.  Parcel One starts ¾ mile west of 34th St NW and access will be provided by a 250 ft. easement along the far north side of the properties.

Note: Both Parcels have a few acres that were cropped at one time, all which has been seeded back to grass.  FSA will determine the acres that will be considered as cropland when sold.  The balance of the land is native grassland.
