The winning bidder will (upon Landowner acceptance) receive a lease agreement and will be required to return a signed copy to Pifer’s on or before December 18, 2017. Bidders are bidding on a 2-year lease agreement. The agreement will begin on January 1, 2018 and terminate on December 31, 2019. The Landowner reserves the right to reject or accept any and all bids.
