This land is roughly 1 mile west of Hitterdahl, MN. This land consists of 76.16 +/- crop acres with a Soil Productivity Index (SPI) of 82.6. There will be no oral bidding on this parcel. Bidders must submit their highest bid in writing. Owners have the right to accept or reject any and all bids. The successful bidder will have possession upon signing of the lease by owner and tenant. Bids will be submitted on an annual dollar per acre basis. This will put you at the northeast corner of the property lying south of the highway. Property Information: Legal: NE¼ 6-140-44 (Highland Grove Township) Crop Acres: 76.16 +/- This property features 76.16 +/- crop acres with excellent SPI of 82.6. This parcel was planted into corn in 2020. OWNER: Jeff Cisinski Bidding Procedure: All written bids must be received before 5:00 p.m. (CT) on November 24, 2020. Written bids will be submitted on an annual per acre basis. All written bids must be accompanied with a 3-year farming plan, including but not limited to, crop rotation, normal chemical and fertilizer application. The stewardship/farming plans are important to the land owner (s) and will play an important role in the final decision when awarding the contract. The winning bidder will (upon Landowner acceptance) receive a lease agreement provided by Pifer’s Land Management. Bidders are bidding on a 2-year lease agreement. The agreement will begin at the signing of the contract and terminate December 31, 2022. Annual rent will be due on or before March 1st each year of the lease agreement. The awarded bidder must provide a letter of good standing from their financial institution. The Landowner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
