Written bids should be on price per bale weighing average of 1,500 pounds. The winning bidder will (upon Landowner acceptance) receive a lease agreement and will be required to return a signed copy to Pifer’s on or before July 1, 2021 Bidders are bidding on a 1-year lease agreement. The agreement will begin July 1, 2021 and terminate on September 30, 2021. The Leased Property shall be used for haying the current grass cover of native big bluestem grasses in August. The grass will be cut for hay during the boot stage of development if possible and cut at height of no less than 6 inches high. The tenant will report the total number of bales produced by September 1, 2021 to Pifer’s land management. Bales are to be removed by September 30, 2021. Top bidder will provide a letter of good standing from his/her financial institution.
