Then go 1 mile north on 484th Ave. to 181st St. Go 1 mile on 181st St. and this will put you at the SW corner of subject property. These stewardship/farming plans are important to the land owner and will play an important role in the final decision when awarding the contracts 4 - The top written bids will be invited to the Oral Bidding which will take place on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 10:00 a.m. (CT) by phone. 5 - The winning bidder will (upon Landowner acceptance) receive a lease agreement provided by Pifer’s Land Management. 6- The lease will include a tax pass thru meaning rent will be adjusted as taxes are adjusted.  7-CRP payment of $1,089 and maintenance will be assigned to the successful tenant. 8 - Bidders are bidding on a 2-year lease agreement. The agreement will begin at the signing of the contract and terminate December 31, 2023.
