Oral bidding will be held the on March 19, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.  Winning bid will receive a rental contract and will be required to return it to Pifer’s on or before March 23, 2018 along with a letter of good-standing from their lending institution.  Liability insurance is required to be carried. The bidder is bidding on a 2-year rental contract for the cropland and a 2-year rental contract for the pastureland.  The contract will begin on March 23, 2018 and terminate on December 31, 2019. All statements made the day of the Oral Bidding take precedence over all printed materials.
