Oral bidding will be held on February 5, 2018, time TBD. 4 - Winning bid will receive a rental contract and will be required to return it to Pifer’s on or before February 19, 2018, with a non-revocable letter of credit from their lending institution. Liability insurance is required to be carried. 5 - The bidder is bidding on a 3-year rental contract. The contract will begin in 2018 and terminate on December 31, 2020. 6 - Annual rent will be due on or before March 1st, each year of lease agreement. 7 - The owner reserves the right to reject or accept any and all bids. 8 - All statements made the day of the oral bidding take precedence over all printed materials.
