This is a rare opportunity to purchase a clean owner operator 3,300 head wean to finish swine feeding facility in southeastern South Dakota.  Les and Marilyn Wieczorek built this facility new in 1999.  Les has been the sole operator and has been continuously feeding and producing market weight hogs under contract with Murphy Brown/Smithfield. The facilities have had perpetual upkeep and maintenance including required contract upgrades as well as numerous recent new equipment replacements.
