Applicable Sales Tax applies to ALL items.   GENERAL GUN TERMS & CONDITIONS: General Information & Inspection: All guns and/or ammunition for this auction are owned by the Dean Claassen Trust and will be transferred by the Trust.  Pifer’s Auction & Realty is acting as the Dean Claassen Trust representing agent under the Department of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms Ruling (ATF Rul. 96-2). The buyer agrees to hold Pifer’s and its clients harmless regarding any defect, misrepresentation or malfunction. - No guns or ammunition will be sold to anyone outside of the United States. No international buyers. - Must be 18 years old to purchase long guns, shotguns, and ammunition.          - Must be 21 years old to purchase handguns. All guns and/or ammunition for this auction are securely located and may be viewed during the specified inspection times posted for this auction.  SEE: **GUN & AMMO INSPECTION TIME BELOW** Only one person may inspect the items at a time. Pifer’s will post photos and information for each item to allow buyers to inspect the items on the Online Bidding site (www.pifers.com).   All information provided is presented to the buyers as the items were presented to Pifer’s Auctioneers.  None of the guns or ammunition have been tested or fired by representatives of Pifer’s Auctioneers. All items are sold “AS-IS, WHERE IS” with no exceptions. Buyers are encouraged to request more photos or inspect the guns personally during the below “Gun & Ammo Inspection Time” prior to bidding.  Successful Bidders: All winning bidders must remit payment within 24 hours of purchase.  All items must be paid for in full before pick-up, delivery, or shipping will be arranged.  Payment may be made in the form of cash, personal check, cashier’s check, money order, ACH transfer, wire transfer (additional fees may apply), or credit card (additional 4% credit card charge will apply). Personal checks must “clear the bank” prior to buyer making arrangements for possession. Only USD funds will be accepted as payment. Buyers: - ALL GUN BUYERS ARE SUBJECT TO FFL BACKGROUND CHECK - Buyers may pick up their guns at Gary’s Gun Shop 905 West 41st Street Sioux Falls, South Dakota (NOT at   Pifer’s Auctioneers). Long Rifles, Shotguns, and Handguns will be available within 2 business days after the   payment is received.  - No ammunition shipping. Ammunition must be picked up at Pifer’s Auction & Realty in Worthing, SD. - All gun buyers must complete an FFL background check AFTER payment is received to Pifer’s and BEFORE gun   can be picked up at Gary’s Gun Shop.  A nonrefundable $40.00 per gun FFL background check will be added to   the cost of every gun at the time of purchase.   - All guns/ammunition requiring shipping, will be shipped from Gary’s Gun Shop, a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL),   to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) of the buyers choosing.  - All FFL and shipping expenses will be incurred by the buyer and must be paid to Pifer’s Auction & Realty prior to shipping.  - All Handguns are required to be shipped to Non-South Dakota Residents. (See shipping terms below) 5% Buyers Premium on ALL online purchases capped at $1,000 per item.
