RING 2 - Pifer's Sioux Falls Winter 2022 Equipment Auction Location: 28020 Boondock Ave. - Worthing, SD Tuesday, December 6, 2022 - 10:15 a.m. (CT)   Auction Note:  Ring 2 consists of building materials including shingles, roof trusses, floor trusses, siding, soffit, facia and too many items to mention.  There will also be an assortment of motors, John Deere two-cylinder parts, JD Hoods, JD Grills and other collector tractor parts.  All items will be sold inside Pifer's climate controlled building.  No items will be sold outside. Buyer must provide a "PAID IN FULL" invoice with a zero balance before their item(s) will be loaded.  There will be no loadout after dark.   Other Loadout Days/Times 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (No loadout after dark) Wednesday, December 7, 2022 - Friday, December 9, 2022 Monday, December 12, 2022 - Friday, December 16, 2022   **NOTE:  All equipment must be removed by Monday, December 19, 2022.  Any items left after December 19, 2022 will be subject to a $25.00 fee per item per day.  Items left after December 31, 2022 will be considered abandoned and will be sold at Pifer's Auctioneers discretion.**       OWNERS:  Multiple Parties
