Driving Directions: East Access: From the intersection of I-94 and Hwy 83, travel north 13.5 miles to 201 Ave NW, then west for 1.5 miles(last ½ mile not maintained), to southeast corner of the land. West Access: From the intersection of Hwy 83 and ND 1804 travel 3.5 miles west, road will curve to the north, continue for 10 miles to 201st Ave NW, then 2 miles east on 201st Ave NW (minimum maintenance) to the southwest corner. Property Description: This land has been owned by the same family for generations, it has been well cared for, fences kept in good repair, weeds and buck brush spot sprayed to try and maintain control. This property seems more remote than its location would suggest. The terrain declines over 200 feet from the north and east sides through the two heavily treed ravines to the southwest corner where they converge and exit the land.
