Winning bid will receive a rental contract and will be required to return it to Pifer’s on or before February 15, 2019 along with a letter of good-standing from their lending institution. Liability insurance is required. Bidders are bidding on a 3-year rental contract for the cropland. The agreement will begin at the signing of the contract and terminate on December 31, 2021.
