Auction Note: Pifer’s Auction & Realty is honored to handle the Retirement Auction for Howard Gohdes. After years of making hay and feeding cattle, Howard is ready to retire, and his carefully maintained equipment will be offered at live public auction on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at the Gohdes Farm.

This auction features a select line of haying and harvesting equipment, along with cattle working equipment, all in excellent condition and ready to go to work. The tractors and combine were purchased new from a local dealer and have remained on the farm since day one, a testament to the quality and care of this operation.

Driving Directions to the Auction Site:

From Casselton, ND: take the Casselton exit and turn onto the frontage road on the south side of I-94. Travel east for 7.7 miles, then turn south on 160 ½ Ave SE and continue ¾ mile on gravel road to the Ghodes Farm.

From Mapleton, ND: Take 163rd Ave SE just south of the overpass. Turn west on 37th Street SE for 2.5 miles,  turn south on 160 ½ Ave SE and continue ¾ mile on gravel road to the Ghodes Farm.
