Bailey is a Bismarck, North Dakota native now residing in Moorhead, MN. She specializes in traditional painting and digital media. This custom-made 36" x 36" canvas painting is titled "Flood Plains." Bailey's Artist Statement: The dynamic shapes and bold colors loosely represent Midwest weather and its impact on our lives. How we move with nature and how it passes us by.
