Pifer’s Auction & Realty and Alan Butts have had a long relationship with Fred Berger over many years, and we are appreciative of the relationship and of the many transactions that we have done together. Pifer’s and I are saddened by the loss of Fred Berger and offer our condolences to Arlene Berger and the Berger family. We are honored to continue working with the Berger family to market several properties in North Dakota.
This auction features 200 +/- acres of pastureland with good fences, a well with solar pump, several water ponds, and adjoining the Davis Waterfowl Production Area in Sheridan County, ND. This property is subject to US Fish & Wildlife Grassland and Wetland Easements. This auction is one of three different properties that Fred Berger Estate and family are selling. Also selling is 104 +/- acres of cropland directly to the south of the town of Lefor, ND in Stark County, and two parcels just to the south of Mandan, ND consisting of 5.02 +/- acres, and 35.43 +/- crop acres with 26.78 +/- irrigated crop acres including a Valley irrigation system.

From the intersection of Hwy. #14 and Hwy. #36, travel 15.5 miles north to 31/2 St. SE, then east 2 miles to 16th Ave. SE, then 0.8 miles to a gate to the neighbor’s pasture that you need to cross to get to the Berger-Miller pasture. Permission will be needed from Alan Butts, Pifer’s Auction Agent, to get to the 200 +/- acres of Berger-Miller land.
