Bob Panzer grew up on a family dairy, beef and hog farm in Wisconsin’s Fox River Valley and has been exposed to agriculture his entire life. He earned degrees in agriculture within the University of Wisconsin system, served as a UW-Extension County Agent, Agriculture and FFA Advisor and spent almost 20 years as an agricultural loan officer. He and his wife,Teri, purchased their first farm in 1987 and are still involved in the production of vegetable crops, grains, soybeans and forages. Since the start of their farm operation, they have experienced the value of establishing no-till and other conservation stewardship practices. From his experience in owning and caring for his own farmland, Bob has grown quite passionate about helping others care for their farmland as well. As a member of the Pifer’s Land Management team, Bob uses his knowledge and experience in these areas to help other land owners care for their land, while maximizing profitable returns on their investment.
