Auction Note:  Full Circle Ag’s grain origination facility is offered for sale via online auction.  The 529,370-bushel capacity receiving, drying, handling, storage, and loading facility is highlighted by 172,000-bushel concrete house, 161,000-bushel flat storage quonset, (2) 90,185-bushel tanks, (2) 8,000-bushel hopper bins, 1 grain dryer, scale, and probe house on 28.73 acres, rail loading plus grain handling legs, and more. The facility is located on the Dakota Missouri Valley Western rail line with room for 6 rail cars in parcel 1 and 25 rail cars in parcel 2. This offering is for the physical footprint ONLY and DOES NOT include rolling stock, inventory, or other business assets. The Claremont SD facility will be sold in three parcels; The Main Concrete House and quonset, the North East Facility, and the East Probe House and Scale.
