Auction Note: This is a rare opportunity to purchase a clean owner operator 3,300 head wean to finish swine feeding facility in southeastern South Dakota.  Les and Marilyn Wieczorek built this facility new in 1999.  Les has been the sole operator and has been continuously feeding and producing market weight hogs under contract with Murphy Brown/Smithfield. The facilities have had perpetual upkeep and maintenance including required contract upgrades as well as numerous recent new equipment replacements. This includes new LB White 25,000 BTU Propane Heaters in November of 2021, new barn curtains and bird netting in May of 2022, and all new barn doors in November of 2022. These barns are all-natural ventilation with zero fan forced air.
