Parcel 1: From McClusky, ND: Drive 1.5 miles west on Hwy. #200 to 3rd Ave. NE, then drive south for ½ mile to 4th St. NE, then drive west for ¼ mile to the property on the south side of the road.

Parcel 2: From McClusky, ND: Drive 1.5 miles east on Hwy. #200 to 9th Ave. NE, then drive north for 2 miles to 7th St. NE, then drive east ½ mile to the property on the south side of the trail.
