Auction Location:  American Legion - 220 Main Ave. - Regent, ND 

 

Auction Note:  This is an exceptional farm with highly productive cropland and pastureland.  The cropland has an overall Soil Productivity Index in the mid-70s.  There are 79.11 +/- acres with an SPI in the 80s and 102.77 +/- acres in the 90s.  The pastureland is remarkable grass, stock dugouts (2), excellent perimeter fencing and good access.  The minerals, including oil, coal, and gas will be sold at a separate auction immediately following the land auction.
